Spantech Panels

Spantech's Unique Construction Technology

The Spantech Panel is like no other curved structural panel on the market.

It has two versions of it's internationally patented panel, the 300 Series panel and the 370 Series panel.

The 300 Series panel is ideal for projects with a clear roof span up to thirty metres.

The larger 370 Series panels will span unsupported up to forty metres, perfect for aircraft hangars and bulk storage buildings.

Both Series have a straight and curved panel. The straight panel is used for end walls, flat roofing and composite formwork system for suspended slabs.

Curved panels are used for roofing, Quonset style buildings (ground-to-ground) and earth covered hardened buildings.

Panels are typically manufactured from coil steel between 0.8mm and 1.2mm thick.

No bolts^, screws or folded seams are required to join the panels. Both curved and straight panels clip together in seconds with a simple engaging tool providing rapid construction.

The panel is also designed not to damage the coil steel's protective coatings, reducing maintenance and adding years to the life of the panel.

Coil is available in a range of types and finishes to suit all applications:

  • zinc (Zincform™)
  • zinc and aluminium (Zincalume™)
  • pre-painted (Colorbond™)
  • aluminium
  • stainless steel

Spantech uses and recommends BlueScope Steel.
