The Mobile Machine
The Spantech Rollforming Machines are the heart of the Spantech Construction System.
Spantech has a number of mobile rollforming machines for both of its patented 300 and 370 Series panels.
The mobile rollforming machines manufacture panels on site.
The machine produces panels in continuous lengths, automatically cut to length. Straight panels are formed in the first stage. These are used for end walls, flat roofing and composite formwork or the straight panel is fed into the curving section of the machine to form the curved panel.
Straight and curved panels are formed simultaneously. The process is fast, minimises waste and reduces handling costs.
The fully self contained machines may be transported by road, sea or air, ideal for construction in remote locations.
