| Standard Buildings The standard Spantech building is a frameless Quonset style structure.
Curved panels are fixed directly into concrete footings to form the main arch of the building.
End walls are made from straight panels. The panels are fixed to the curved panels and finished with a formed flashing panel. | |

| Hardened Buildings Construction of a hardened building begins with construction of a standard building.
Reinforcing is fixed to the panels and shotcrete sprayed over the structure. The Spantech panels act as a composite formwork, integral to the support of the arch.
Waterproofing is laid over the concrete and covered with earth.
