Design and construct an indoor community centre swimming pool |
The new Nanango Aquatic Centre was handed over to the Nanango Shire Council in July 2006.
The Centre includes a heated indoor 25 metre pool and Hydrotherapy Pool.
Spantech supplied footings, structural steel and insulated Spantech roof. Spantech worked in conjunction with TP Aquatics to deliver the project.
Skylights and ventilation systems ensure a pleasant swimming environment year round.
Nanango Shire is located atop the Great Dividing Range at the head of the Brisbane Valley. With an estimated population of 21,000 in 2006 it's growing at about 1.2% a year.
