Design and construct two new concrete basketball courts with a multipurpose shade structure over one court |
The existing basketball court at Annandale Christian School was a bitumen court suffering the effects of years of tropical rain and sun.
Two new concrete basketball courts were constructed with basketball/netball towers installed and provision for tennis and volleyball nets.
The roof was designed for future expansion, oriented so the building can be extended when future funding allows.
The result is a 40m wide roof and 20m long building with full clearances for competition basketball.
The building is cyclone rated.
