PARARI 2013, the international explosive ordnance symposium hosted jointly by the Australian Department of Defence Directorate of Ordnance Safety, and Australian Munitions, was held in Canberra at Hyatt Canberra 11 – 14 November 2013. The PARARI symposium is an important forum for disseminating new explosives knowledge and information. It is the only major symposium of its type held regularly in the southern hemisphere and attracts delegates from around the globe.

Spantech was represented at the symposium by Dick Lucas, CEO and Spantech’s Marketing Manager, Craig Lucas.

The theme of this year’s symposium was “Integrating new technologies for explosive ordnance safety”.

Information on the latest safety features of the Spantech Explosives Storehouse was available at the Thales Australia stand.
