Intergrated Management for the Benefit of All

Spantech operates an Intergrated Management System to eliminate or control the risks associated with safety, quality and the environment.

Broadly the safety elements of the system protect individuals, quality elements protect the interests of our clients, while the environmental elements protect the community as a whole.

Highest Quality

The system has been undergone constant improvement since it was first implimented as a Quality Management System in May 1997 to meet AS/NZS ISO 9001.

Spantech is also a recognised supplier to the Australian Department of Defence and has been awarded a number of Defence Quality Awards in Australia and New Zealand.

Think Safe, Work Safe

In 2010 safety components were developed and implemented with the assistance of Australian Industry Group.

In May 2011 the OHS Management System elements of the system was independently audited and certified by NCSI to comply with AS/NZS 4801.

In late 2011 the system was finailised to include a comprehensive array of environmental management controls.

In 2012 Spantech will apply to have the safety elements of the system audited by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner (FSC) to ensure Spantech can act as Principal Contractor on major projects funded by the Commonwealth Government of Australia.
