- Site Supervisors
- Must have at least 5 years experience in the construction industry
- A relevant trade, and
- BSA Site Supervisor's License
- Rollform Machine Operators
- Preference given to those experienced with rollform machines, or
- Trade qualification as a Fitter Turner, mechanical trade, or similar
- Tradesmen
- Carpentry
- Sheet Metal Worker
- Roofing Plumber
- Fitter Turner
- Boilermaker
- Rigger

Applicants must:
- be an Australian citizen or resident
- hold a current driver's licence
Site workers must:
- hold a current construction industry induction (white or blue) card
- be willing to travel for extended periods to sites throughout Australia and New Zealand
- participate in a pre-employement medical screening
